• frost protection heated cable, electrical pipe heating cable keeps your water line frost-free to -45 °C 

• frost protection heated cable, electrical pipe heating cable approved VDE safety 

•when insulated additionally, please do not insulate the thermostat 

•max. -45 °C prevents water pipes from freezing 

• thermostat in the heating cable automatically switches the cable on 

• always attach the heating cable to the underside of the pipe 

• the water pipe must be earthed 

• the heating cables must not be shortened and should therefore be ordered in the correct

length 

•do not bend the heating cable and note the maximum bending radius of approx. 50 mm 

• the heating cables can be secured to the pipe with insulating tape or aluminium tape 

• if using plastic pipes, aluminium tape must be wrapped around the pipe before routing the heating cable 

• the pipe and heating cable should be insulated with an insulation of at least 13 mm 

• the thermostat on the heating cable should be attached at the coldest position on the pipe 

• the thermostat may only be insulated moderately
